The role is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. It involves leading cross-functional project teams, collecting and interpreting data to identify performance gaps, and developing metrics to track progress and outcomes. The professional in this role also provides consultation on re-engineering techniques, facilitates training sessions, and ensures alignment between process performance and organizational goals. Ultimately, this position plays a key role in enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the organization. This position will be a Hybrid position in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze and map existing processes, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and performance gaps.
• Develop and track metrics to measure process performance and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and provide training on process measurement, analysis, and control.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend strategies to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in economics and business analytics
- Two to three years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement or operational excellence roles
- Strong experience in Project Management
- Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, SAP and ServiceNow is advantageous
- Fluent in English
