Description
Full-time • Permanent • Remote (Germany)About Us:
At DrAnsay, we are building digital health services that simplify access to care, reduce complexity, and create real impact for patients. What started as a bold idea has grown into a health-tech platform trusted by millions.
Now, we are taking the next step: deliberately investing in new digital products at a much earlier stage - exploring, validating, and shaping what comes next in digital healthcare.
Your Mission:
As Senior Product Manager - New / Digital Health Services (m/f/d), you operate in Explore & Build mode. Your mission is to identify promising opportunities, validate them quickly, and lead digital products from zero to one - until they are ready to be scaled by dedicated product teams.
This role is about creating clarity in uncertainty and turning insights into decision-ready products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new product opportunities, use cases, and value propositions in the digital health space
- Lead zero-to-one product development: discovery, research, MVP, validation
- Work in a hypothesis-driven way with fast learning and iteration cycles
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Design, as well as Business, Medical, and Operations stakeholders
- Translate market, user, and business insights into tangible product concepts
- Evaluate traction, user value, and feasibility to support clear go / no-go decisions
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally with a strong zero-to-one background
- Experience in startup, venture, or highly exploratory product environments
- Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and validation
- High tolerance for ambiguity and confidence working without predefined solutions
- Ability to align and integrate perspectives from tech, UX, business, and medical domains
- Structured, analytical, and hypothesis-led working style
- Fluent English for collaboration in an international environment
You don't need a healthcare background - what matters is your ability to build and validate new products in complex contexts.
What We Offer:
#RemoteWork: Work flexibly from anywhere in Germany and shape your day in a way that fits your life.
#Ownership & Autonomy: Your ideas set standards - you own your domain end-to-end.
#TopTeam: Collaborate with smart, ambitious colleagues in a fast-growing company.
#HealthTechImpact: Your work directly improves access to healthcare for millions of people.
#AttractiveCompensation: We reward responsibility, performance, and impact.
#Learning & Growth: Personal development is part of our culture - you get dedicated time and budget to grow.
Apply Now:
If you enjoy building products from scratch, navigating uncertainty, and shaping the future of digital health, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now with your CV or LinkedIn profile - a few words about your previous product impact are very welcome.
